QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU VISIT

  • APPOINTMENT TIMES

• All times stated include consultation and changing time before and after your treatment.

  • ARRIVAL TIME

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you are ready for your appointment at the appropriate time.

• Should you arrive late, it may be necessary to reduce your treatment time in order to ensure other guests are not affected, but you will still be charged the full price.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

• Treatments – we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time, you will be charged for your booking. This still applies if you wish to reschedule. In the event of a ‘no show’, 100% of the booking will be charged.

  • PARKING

There will be an available parking space outside the front of the property.  I will come and meet you at your car (with a mask) and take you through to the cabin.

  • COVID HYGIENE

In accordance with the current Government Guidelines I will continue to wear a mask and PPE.  However for guests it will remain your choice.

  • PATCH TEST (TINTING/LIFTING)

​You can expect your Therapist to give you a tint or lift test at least 24 hours prior to having tinting to the eye area. This is very important to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to the tint. The patch test involves a small amount of tint will be applied either behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow. A tint test may need to be repeated if you have not had any eyelash or eyebrow tinting for a period of time or if your health has changed.
